  1. 細胞是構成生物體最小的單元，細胞核內DNA攜帶有完整的遺傳密碼，細胞若有充分的能量補給，才能維持正常的機能與人體各組織的運作。

  2. 人體與宇宙運行有相同的規律，木、火、土、金、水代表人體運作的五大系統，相互影響，唯有系統維持平衡，才能保有健康。

  3. 要維持平衡，最基本的就是要保有健康生活型態。
